I am passionate about the law and have extensive litigation experience, including substantial trial experience and appeal experience. I have successfully won cases in all levels of court in Ontario and I have many reported decisions. As a panel lawyer with the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, I advocate for children in difficult family law cases. By presenting at various legal education sessions, teaching at Osgoode Hall Law School, and coaching the family law moot team at Osgoode Hall I have helped advance the law.

I have practiced exclusively in the area of family law for over 12 years and have extensive experience dealing with complex aspects of family and divorce law, including, custody and access, child support and spousal support, and property issues. I work tirelessly to successfully negotiate amicable resolutions for my clients through settlement discussions and meetings. However, I also have substantial litigation experience and am a strong and fearless advocate for my clients when court is required.
I obtained my Master of Laws specializing in family law and have participated in mediation training and parenting coordination training. I am currently on the path towards becoming a certified mediator. I am eager to assist you in resolving even the most difficult family law dispute.
