How much will my case cost?
Unfortunately, predicting the cost of your case can be a difficult matter and Modern Family Law is honest about that. The eventual cost depends on variables such as the number of issues in dispute, how complicated the facts of your case are, how complicated the finances of the case are, how flexible the opposing party is in relation to settlement, how flexible you are, and how much money, if any, is at stake.
Lawyers at Tweyman Law will take a hard look at the case within the first couple meetings and provide you with a retainer request. This is not an estimate of the total cost of the case, but an amount that the lawyer estimates is reasonable to get you to a certain benchmark in the case. Lawyers at Modern Family Law strongly believe in fair billing practices, doing their best to get value for the client, and trying to minimize wasted costs where possible.
